SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

You may select from one of the two services for shipping your package – Air Mail or Fedex. Your shipping cost is based on the method of shipment and the total price of the items we ship to you. See the table below for shipping charges and delivery times. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost for backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that we ship to you at a later date. Backordered items will be shipped using Air Mail. All shipping charges are in U.S. dollars.

Taxes and applicable duty charges, if assessed, are paid by recipient.

United States Sales tax is applicable to some States. Please call or e-mail us for details.

With our standard delivery service, we generally ship the next three business day, and orders arrive in 7 business days to most locations. Unfortunately, because our products are unique and hand crafted, we cannot honor requests for specific arrival dates. Please allow 2 additional days for express deliveries.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

• Error in the shipping address:

If the recipient’s address is incomplete, i.e. postal code or apartment number are missing, he/she moved or changed addresses, etc. and a valid phone number is not stated in the order form, there will be an additional charge of $10.

• Product Processing Information

For personalized gifts, add ten additional business days for processing for most personalized products.

Some Heavy or Bulky Items are too large for UPS or USPS and require an additional delivery charge.

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

2) Write down the Return Item (RI) number and the Return Shipping (RS) destination given to you by our customer service representative in the Return Form. You can find your Return Form in the Order Summary, but if you have thrown it away or do not find it please call or e-mail our customer service representative at customerservice@fronterasur.com .

3) Securely repack the item you want to return in its original packaging (if possible), including the Return Form and send it to the address provided by our Customer Representative.

4) Immediately after we receive your returned item we will credit your card, issue a refund check or transfer the money to your account, within a few days.

Note:

For your security, please send your returned item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Frontera Sur is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Sorry, no refunds of original or return shipping costs.

If you are returning a item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Frontera Sur will provide a prepaid FedEx return label. And if the driver is still there, ask for an Inspection Report and have the item taken back.

OUR RETURN POLICY

• With a receipt:

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.

• Without a receipt

returned items reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 says, plus applicable

sales tax. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

• Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Furniture must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original sales receipt. All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.

Furniture includes bedroom, upholstered and accent furniture, formal and casual dining, ready-to-assemble, ready-to-finish, and mattresses.

Clothing must be returned in their original condition with the "return tag" in place.

- Monogrammed, personalized and altered items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
