SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

You may select from one of the two services for shipping your package – Air Mail or Fedex. Your shipping cost is based on the method of shipment and the total price of the items we ship to you. See the table below for shipping charges and delivery times. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost for backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that we ship to you at a later date. Backordered items will be shipped using Air Mail. All shipping charges are in U.S. dollars.

Taxes and applicable duty charges, if assessed, are paid by recipient.

With our standard delivery service, we generally ship the next three business day, and orders arrive in 7 business days to most locations. 2) Write down the Return Item (RI) number and the Return Shipping (RS) destination given to you by our customer service representative in the Return Form. 3) Securely repack the item you want to return in its original packaging (if possible), including the Return Form and send it to the address provided by our Customer Representative.

4) Immediately after we receive your returned item we will credit your card, issue a refund check or transfer the money to your account, within a few days.

Note:

For your security, please send your returned item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Frontera Sur is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

OUR RETURN POLICY

• With a receipt:

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.

• Without a receipt

returned items reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 says, plus applicable

sales tax. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

• Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Furniture must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original sales receipt. All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.

Furniture includes bedroom, upholstered and accent furniture, formal and casual dining, ready-to-assemble, ready-to-finish, and mattresses.

Clothing must be returned in their original condition with the "return tag" in place.

- Monogrammed, personalized and altered items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

- Made-to-Measure Products cannot be returned unless damages or defective
